She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph N. Perkins Sr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly and Kesey; her godson Isaias Gonzalez (Googie); her great grandchild Aliyah Nelson; her brother Jon Gibson; her children, Joseph Jr. (Angelica), Shayla, Leon, Kevin (Bri'Ann), Pedro (Andrea), Anthony and Robert; her siblings, Gary, Michael and Clarissa; and also Alan James. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
