He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, W. Clayton and Madeline S. Hyatt. He is survived by: his wife Darlene L. Ruta; his son David J. Ruta, Jr.; his brother Michael W. Ruta (Rose Marie Lovins); and his parents, Walter M. Ruta and Rita L. Ruta.
Due to covid-19 restrictions, a maximum of 40 guest at a time will be allowed in the building, mask and social distance are required.
