He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Patel (Crumb); his stepmother Amy Spurlock (John); his girlfriend Alena Hogue; his children, Cassidy, Jackson and Lyla; his sisters, Katelyn Inzaina (Anthony), Samantha DeMaio (Shawn), Erianna Aguliar and Lorraina Santiago; and his grandparents, Lorraine Deldeo and Harold Weisgerberg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
