He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Conley and Liza Dingess Conley; and his siblings, David, Gary, Ronald and Imogene Conley.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Marlene Conley; his children, David, Dana and Charles Conley, Jr.; and his siblings, James Conley (Kathy) and Sharon Crook. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
