She was predeceased by: her parents, Julio Prado and Felicita Prado; and her brothers, Ismael Prado, Juan Prado and Jose Prado.
She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Carmen Victoria Rodriguez White (Steve White), Teresa Maria Rodriguez Wharton (Brian Wharton) and William Rodriguez Jr. (Rachel); and her grandchildren, Juliana Victoria of Newark, DE., Parker Coleman of Newark, DE., Aidan Paul of Newark, DE. and Quinn William of Newark, DE.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and longtime friends.
