She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver W. Peters and Ethel Peters (Peaco); her siblings, Olive Ann, Donald W. and Barbara Jean; and her grandson James A Thompson IV.

She is survived by: her sons, James A. Thompson III (Sandra) of Bear and Terrance L. Thompson of New Castle; her brother George Miller of North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Swashili Hernandes (Joel) of Delaware, Sheena Berry (Anthony) of Delaware and Marcus Thompson of Delaware. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

COVID protocol will be moderately observed.

We BOTH shared our love of Christ. I always sent her Birthday cards, Mother's day, and Easter cards. And called her on her birthday. She did SAME for me. My late wife Judy Lynn died 04-17-2019. She sent me a BEAUTIFUL sympathy card. MY DEEPEST CHRISTIAN SYMPATHY to all family & friends.”
