He was predeceased by: his parents, William David "Dave" Walker and Bonnie Blevins; his brother-in-law Felipe Rivera; his cousin Steven "Pete" Blevins; and his sister Jessica "Jetter" Blevins.
He is survived by: his sisters, Cindy Rizzo, Chrissy Blevins (Kerri), Kimberly "Bibby" Blevins (JR) and Nicole "Nicky" Rivera (Ced). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
