She was predeceased by: her husband Webster Pettyjohn. She is survived by: her sons, Leroy Lewis, Neal Lewis, Omar Pettyjohn and Justin Pettyjohn; and her granddaughters, Amanda Simms Green and Chloe Lee Lewis.
