She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Cottingham; her former husbands, Alexander Pondok and Alfred Smith, Jr.; her son Alexander Pondok, Jr.; and her sisters, Eva Hemphill and Mildred Ingram.
She is survived by: her parent Bertha Abbott (Cook); her daughters, Grace Duffy and Deborah Long (Joe); and her daughter-in-law Constance Pondok. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
