He was predeceased by: his sister Linda S.; his parents, Harry T. and Alice M.; and his stepmother Margaret P. Baker. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn McCarty Baker; his children, James L. (Joanne) and L. Kristin (Steve Kempczynski); his grandchildren, Thomas Jeffrey Baker, Jaime Regina Baker and Vincent Anthony Kempczynski; and his caregivers, Kayla, Jen and Beverly.
