She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Rucinski and George Rucinski. She is survived by: her husband Andries Westerbaan of Hockessin; and her brother Daniel Rucinski of Savannah.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Matthew's Catholic Church (901 E Newport Pike, Wilmington, DE 19804). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (901 E Newport Pike, Wilmington, DE 19804).
