As Ali Balil departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Ali Balil may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Ali Balil leaves behind.

He is survived by: his parents, Belinda Hubbard and Robert Bey (Ollie); and his siblings, Muhammad Bey Malcolm Bey (Wanisha Bey), Brian Bey, Elijah Bey, Alisha Bey, Tynnetta Bey, Brianna Bey and Erin Bey.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ezion Fair Baptist Church (1400 B St, Wilmington, DE 19801). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
