He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Heller Eastburn and Eva Irene Eastburn (Hanna); and his brother James Atwood Eastburn. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Eastburn; his children, Donald Eastburn, Steven E. Eastburn and Patricia Dee Eastburn; his nephew Todd Finch; and his niece Melissa Finch. He is also survived by six beautiful grandchildren.
