With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Otis of Viola, Delaware, who passed away on August 29, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Banks and Annie Banks; her siblings, Harry, Martin, James Banks, Annabelle Irons, Margaret Slusar, Sara Willin, Beulah Hammond and Rosella Wright; her daughter Linda Bell (Kersey); her husband James Otis; and her close friend Raymond Fleming.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Kersey Jr. (Barbara) of Greenwood and Thomas Kersey of Dover; and her son-in-law Dan Bell. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
