He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen Fox and Ralph Wayne Fox, Sr.; and his siblings, Greta Ellen and Steven Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Connie Elks; his stepsons, Hank Cole (Elizabeth), Mark Cole (Kimberly) and Shaun Cole (Holly); his grandchildren, Dillon, Alexandria, Peyton, Caleb and Bryce Cole; his siblings, Cynthia Diane Hinckle (late Richard), Anita Rae Gue (late John), Sandra Kay Stotler (Donald), Ralph Wayne Fox, Jr. (David Rainey) and Tina Marie Ditto (Jeff); and his pet Largo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family & friends.
