She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Riggin and Florence Riggin; and her sister Florence M. Darling. She is survived by: her husband Sam; her children, Thomas A. Brown (Vanessa) of Felton, DE, Melissa A. Brown of Dover, DE, Harry Samuel Dixon, Jr. (Wendy) of Newark, DE, Mary Ann Roberts (Mel) of Ormond, FL and Joseph Dixon (Melissa) of Harrington, DE; and her sisters, Mary Ann Riggin of Denton, MD, Emma Riggin of Denton, MD, Pearl Eaton (Howard) of Ridgely, MD and Donna Davis of Denton, MD.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson.
