He was predeceased by: his grandfather Michael M. Rocco; and his great-uncle Benjamin Civitello. He is survived by: his parent Diane L. Wilson (Kenneth); his brother Richard A. Foley (Sarah Reeves) of Purcellville, VA; his stepsiblings, Kenneth Wilson, Jr. of Port Deposit, MD, James Wilson of Wilmington and Christina Watson of Wilmington; his aunt Chele Collas of Townsend; his cousins, Dawn Taylor of Townsend, Steven Francisco of Wilmington, Noah D. Taylor and Robin Civitello Puopolo; and his uncles, Michael Rocco of Newark and Fane Lauer (Mary) of Clayton.
