He was predeceased by: his son Matthew C. Cosner. He is survived by: his wife Joan Cosner; his children, Mark W. Cosner, Jr. and Buffy R. Thompson of Townsend, DE; and his siblings, Spence Cosner of Townsend, DE, Harry Cosner, Linda Hallett of Camden, DE and Sherry Cosner of Camden, DE. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
