He was predeceased by: his son Justin. He is survived by: his parents, George H. Miller and Marjorie W. Miller; his wife Heidi; his sons, Jason and Zac; his sisters, Heidi E. Miller and Heather Foster (Eric); his grandmother Joan Miller; his brother-in-law Adam Mease (Lauren); and also, Eric and Janet Mease. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
