He is survived by: his parents, Terri Ann Grace Hall (Ronald Hall) of Townsend, DE and Joseph Stover, Jr. of Middletown, DE; his sisters, Devon Hall of Townsend, DE and Katlyn Stover of North Carolina; his uncle Eddie Grace Jr. (Linda) of Felton, DE; his aunts, Freida Parag (Paul) of Dover, Diana Baker of New Castle, DE, Kathy Baker of Dover, DE and Dicey Boulden of Galena, MD; his nieces and nephews, Michael Hearn, Liam Hall of Townsend, Celina Hall and Bobbie Hall of Delaware City; and his great-aunts, Sandra Parag of Delaware City, DE and Barbara Foraker (Joe) of Townsend, DE.
