He was predeceased by: his parents, John Richard Bell, Sr. and Winnie Faye Bell (Swift). He is survived by: his wife Jomelyn Caresia Bell (Bulasa); his son Jonathan Bell; his siblings, Clarence J. Bell (Helen) and Linda F. Murphy (Edward); and his aunts, Betty W. Boyd and Hazel Swift. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, dear friends, and his church family.
