He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Outten (McNatt); his siblings, Estella Wetzel (Tutty) and George Outten; his sons, John Larry Outten (Jolene) and Louis Outten (Lisa); his grandchildren, Aaron Outten, Zachary Outten and Alicia Miller (Tommy); and his great grandchild Maci.
