He was predeceased by: his mother Mary H. Smith (Kuhar). He is survived by: his father John Calvin Smith of Townsend; his daughter Marissa D. Smith of Newark; his sisters, Tammy Beal (Jeff) of Middletown and Dee Bowers (Bobby) of Townsend; and his stepdaughter Elizabeth Graham of Newark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Face coverings will be required for all those in attendance not immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine per the CDC and Governor of Delaware. Interment will be held privately.
