It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo-Ell Meekins of Townsend, Delaware, born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Larry McDowell; and her brother Charlie McDowell. She is survived by: her mother Martha Lee McDowell (Unruh); her children, Taylor Heverin, Peyton Alfree and Lincoln Alfree; and her sister Stephanie Money. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
