He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Campbell and Harry W. Bartsch, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jane Bartsch; and his son Jeffrey Bartsch, Sr. (Joyce). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and many close friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Daniels and Hutchison Funeral Home (212 N Broad St, Middletown, DE 19709). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
