He is survived by: his brother Albert L. Jezyk of Landenberg, PA; and his nieces and nephews, Joyce Troiani of Chesapeake City, MD, Michael Troiani of Elk Mills, MD, Albert Jezyk, Jr. of Oxford, PA, Laura Jezyk-Geiman of Landenberg, PA and Sharlyn Rollins of Chesterfield, VA.
