He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Tharp and Bessie Tharp; his wife Dolores; his grandson Tony; and his siblings, Michael, Sharon and Helen.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Wills (Karl), Jennifer DeAngelis (Aaron) and Richard Tharp (Kelly); his grandchildren, Aaron, Cody, Trey and Reagan; his great grandchildren, Dakota, Tyler and Dracilla; and his siblings, Sammy, Catherine and Bonnie (George). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
The family is limited to 50 guests at one time, social distancing and masks are required.
