She was predeceased by: her parents, Hassel VanDyke and Alice VanDyke (Taylor); her husband John D. Sweetman III; and her son Timothy Scott Sweetman. She is survived by: her sons, John D. Sweetman IV (Polly) of Townsend and Jay Sweetman (Debbie) of Townsend; her sisters, Joyce Taylor (Bob) of New Castle, Laureen Stigile of Clayton, Betty Sweetman (John) of Townsend, Barbara Malatesta of Bethel and Hope Moore (Bill) of Leipsic; her grandchildren, Jaqlyn, Corey, Lily, Grace and Katie; her great grandchild Josie; and her pet Boo.
Face coverings will be required for all those in attendance not immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine per the Governor of Delaware.
