He was predeceased by: his parents, James (Elizabeth [Healey] Regan) and NJ; and his sister Margaret [Maggie] Regan Deatrick. He is survived by: his children, James and Samantha; and his siblings, Colleen Henderson of Matamoras, PA and Daniel Regan (Kathryn) of Bluffton, SC.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
