She was predeceased by: her husband James Murphy Jr.; her son James Murphy III; and her sister Kathleen Touchette. She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen M. Petro (Tom); and her brother Eben Alfree. She is also survived by three granddaughters; eleven great-grandchildren.
