It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William S. Miller Jr. (Smyrna, Delaware), born in Dover, Delaware, who passed away on October 21, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William S. Miller Sr.; his sister Susan Durham; and his son-in-law Dorian Rasnake. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine Miller; his former wife Alice Miller; his sisters, Judy Davis and Diane Davis; his children, Melissa Rasnake, Bill Miller III (Otis Raynor), Jospeh Brown (Amy) and William Brown (Diana); and his grandchildren, Cody Brown, Natalie Brown, Emily Brown and Grayson Rasnake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
