He is survived by: his son John Griffin (Lynn) of Clayton, DE.; his granddaughters, Debbie Griffin Sommers and Laura Rumfelt (Robert) of Clayton, DE.; his great grandchildren, Samantha Griffin Sommers and Austin; and his nephew Bill.
