He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Neff and Elaine Neff; and his brother Walter Neff, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Wyatt Neff (Ruth) of Townsend, DE; his siblings, Nancy Schroeder of Pompano Beach, FL and William Neff (Kitty) of Chestertown, MD; and his close friend Melinda Ischia of Smyrna, DE.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
