She is survived by: her children, Harold Raymond Blackburn Jr. (Vicki) and Terry Markman; her brother William Thomas (Connie); and her grandchildren, Melissa Shelton, Jessica Pazo, Leslie Pazo and Daniel S. Blackburn. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
