He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Voelker and Virginia Voelker; his wife Hazel Mae Voelker; his son Thomas Mark Voelker; and his brother Glenn G. Voelker.
He is survived by: his children, Claire Lilly (Tom) and Amy Maloney (Donald); his grandchildren, Donald T. Maloney (Alexa), Kaitlyn E. Maloney, David M. Maloney (Megan) and Samuel Lilly; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Carter, Willow and Clay; and his siblings, William Voelker and Virginia Young.
