He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Petroulis; his parents, Mary Rogoza of Hartford, Conn. and Thomas Petroulis of Toms River; and his children, Lisa Boulden of Marianna, FL and Joseph Petroulis Sr. of Middletown, Delaware..
He is survived by: his children, Christine Bastek of Marianna, FL, Pamela Hurley of Dover, Theodore Petroulis Jr. of New Castle and Tina Edwards of Wilmington. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
