He is survived by: his parents, Dennis J. Leary and Donna E. Leary; his son Patrick Leary of Elkton, MD; his fiancé Lauren Marie Crognali; his brother Dennis J. Leary, Jr. of Linwood, PA; his niece Kayla Leary; and his nephew Dennis Leary, III. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
