He is survived by: his wife Annmarie Caldwell; his siblings, Linda Cain (Gary) and Alan Caldwell (Mellissa); his sister-in-law Maddalen Balacco; his children, Diana Janeka (Ricky) and John Boyles; his grandchildren, Thomas Fretz, Rene Duke, Brittney Robinson, Hunter Janeka and Saylor Janeka; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Lilley and TJ.
