Roy Kenneth Shane Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Kenneth Shane of Smyrna, Delaware, who passed away on October 23, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Shane and Elizabeth Shane of Taylor's Bridge; and his sister Patsy Severe. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ellen; his children, Keith (Terri) and Kristin; his grandchildren, Morgan Jewell, Matthew Langton, Nicholas Shane, Mackenzie Langton and Gillian Shane; and his siblings, Earl Shane, Shirley Alexander, Jean Scott and Joyce Spencer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Kenny's name to either the American Legion Post 14 in Smyrna or the Smyrna VFW.
