He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas J. Hutchins of Cheswold, DE and Cheryl Ann Kenley of Camden-Wyoming, DE; his half-sister Sandy Winnington of Bear, DE; and his nephews, Justin Kenley of Illinois, Gabriel Kenley of Illinois, Weston Kenley of Dover and Douglas Hutchins Jr. of Cheswold.
