He is survived by: his parents, Tadeusz Matysiak of Northeast and Irena Matysiak of Northeast; his wife Rebecca; his children, Sebastian, Alexandra, Gabriel, Lukas and Natalia; and his brothers, Darius Matysiak (Violetta) of New Jersey and Miroslaw Matysiak of Philadelphia.
