He was predeceased by: his parents, John Reigh Collins of Gumboro, DE and Dollie Winfild Collins (Lewis) of Gumboro, DE.; and his brother John Wendel Collins of Ellendale, DE.. He is survived by: his family Bobbie Jo Collins; and his sister Janice Moore (Clayton). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
