He was predeceased by: his sister Karen Williams Lynch; his grandparents, Janet C. Williams, Harry and Katherine Hudson; his aunts, Kathleen Tharby and Betty Hudson; his uncle Ronald Hudson; and his cousins, Michael MedKeff, Jr. and Kevin Hudson.
He is survived by: his parents, Josephine Williams of Rehoboth Beach and Richard Williams (Mary Ann) of Middletown; his brother Mark Williams of Townsend; his uncle Harry "Bobby" Hudson of Lewes; his niece Donna Lynch (Chad) of Lincoln; his nephews, Ricky Lynch (Theresa) of Milton and Nick Lynch (Hanna) of Lewes; his great-niece Juliana; and his great-nephews, Christopher and Colton.
Face masks will be required for all in attendance. Interment will be held privately.
