It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Allen Carroll (Smyrna, Delaware), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 7, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Noreen L. (Kane); his children, Christopher (Heather) and Kate Evernham (Robert); his granddaughters, Megan and Samantha; and his son James.
