She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Hartley; and her son Raymond Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicky Rankin (David) of Welcome, MD, Patty Messick (Dan) of Smyrna, DE, Debra Rutledge (Tim) of Smyrna, DE and Rebecca Lavey (Jim) of Oakton, VA; and her sisters, Yukiko and Kiyoko of Fukuoka Japan. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Family suggests donations to Delaware Hospice and SPCA.
