With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Millie Evelyn Bowen of Smyrna, Delaware, who passed away on December 12, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Philyaw and Martha Philyaw; and her son Timothy Paul Bowen. She is survived by: her husband William Robert Bowen; and her children, Lynn (Keith), Robbie (Stacey), David (Angie), Becky (Joel), Kay (Mike), Matthew (Tracey), Steven (April) and Josh (Amanda). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren and 7 brothers and sisters.
