He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Collins (Tucker) and Douglas Lee Collins Senior; his daughter Angel Lee Collins; and his siblings, Doris Lee Collins and Douglas Collins (Dougie).
He is survived by: his wife Brittney M. Hart Collins; his stepdaughter Katie Ann Mary Passwaters; and his brother William Collins (Pee Wee). He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews.
