He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph McKinney and Eleanor McKinney. He is survived by: his stepchildren, David Leager of Barclay, MD, TyRay Leager of Clayton, DE and Eric Leager of Clayton, DE; his friend Joanne Coker of Clayton, DE; his brother Gary W. Coker (Wanda) of Smyrna; and his granddaughter Jessica Leager of Barclay, MD. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
