He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Virginia Moore and Leo Hall McVicker; and his sisters, Pamela Robbins of West Virginia and Crystal Strittmatter of North Carolina. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Leo II, Aaron Michael, Melanie Sue and Briana Lea.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 9:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Faries Funeral Directors (29 S Main St, Smyrna, DE 19977). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
