She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Fussell and Irene Fussell; her husband Edward J. Burns; and her daughter Cynthia Blades Simpson. She is survived by: her son Bruce Blades (Lisa) of Smyrna, Delaware; her granddaughter Hollie Beish (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Jaxon of Maryland, Conner of Maryland and Heather Simpson Umile (David) of Delaware; and her sister Jean Kehrer (Paul) of Lewes, Delaware..
